What you will do

• Originate and close new business across fixed income trading desks
• Build relationships with Heads of Trading, Portfolio Managers, and Risk leaders
• Position bond market data solutions to enhance liquidity insight and execution quality
• Manage structured sales pipeline to hit ambitious revenue targets
• Represent the business at fixed income conferences and client engagements

Requirements

• Fluency in German with strong client-facing communication skills
• Deep expertise in fixed income markets, including bond trading and market structure
• Strong understanding of data supporting TCA, P&L, and portfolio performance
• Proven experience in fintech or capital markets sales within fixed income
• Highly self-motivated with ability to operate autonomously
