What you will do
- Identify potential customers in the defined territory through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Engage with customers in-person to understand challenges and build trust.
- Implement sales strategies to win new business and exceed revenue targets.
- Act as a trusted advisor by maintaining deep expertise in 's product range.
- Provide field insights to improve product offerings and sales processes.
- Mentor new joiners and support the Sales Manager with routine management tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in customer-facing or sales roles.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
- Experience in coaching or mentoring colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Full UK Driver’s license.
