TL;DR

Senior Digital Operations Manager (Social): Turning the client’s global social strategy into consistent, high-quality execution across markets with an accent on cross-market coordination, planning governance, and performance visibility. Focus on programme management, content cadence discipline, and operational leadership for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

Location: Kingston, United Kingdom (3 days in office per week, 2 from home)

What you will do

  • Own cross-market planning processes, timelines, and delivery governance to ensure consistent execution of global strategy and content pillars.
  • Coordinate between global, regional, and local teams to remove blockers, manage stakeholders, and maintain documentation of ways of working.
  • Maintain content calendars, ensure scheduling discipline across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms, and support adaptation of global assets locally.
  • Lead Social Hub operations across priority markets (France, Turkey, Benelux, Poland, Spain): harmonise reporting, align creative, and enable learnings.
  • Track performance with native/third-party tools, produce dashboards, diagnose trends, and propose optimisations.
  • Coordinate agencies, vendors, and partners for timely delivery, manage activations, and build governance workflows for efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in digital marketing, social media, or influencer marketing with multi-market coordination experience
  • Strong programme/project management skills for complex cross-market workstreams
  • Hands-on social experience: deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, content formats, and execution standards
  • Experience with social publishing/analytics tools (Hootsuite, Later, Sprinklr)
  • Ability to extract/interpret data for insights and reporting to international audiences
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills; comfortable with international teams
