What you will do

• Evaluate the effectiveness of controls to manage strategic, financial, and operational risks across various functions.
• Gather understanding of business processes and conduct interviews with process owners.
• Apply various auditing techniques and test strategies across different insurance departments.
• Present observations and opportunities for improvement to key stakeholders verbally and in writing.
• Collaborate with global colleagues across different geographical locations, time zones, and cultures.
• Develop professional reporting, presentation, and IT skills using insurance-specific software.

Requirements

• Must be currently in the second or third year of an Accounting or Finance degree.
• Must be based in London to comply with the hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to be adaptable and highly organised when managing a variety of projects.
• Enthusiastic self-starter mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
