What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end partnerships strategy, including identifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals that drive growth.
  • Develop creative partnership structures such as barter arrangements, audience sharing, and co-branded product collaborations.
  • Hunt for new growth channels and partnership models, including native integrations and emerging platforms.
  • Build and manage a high-value partner pipeline from initial outreach through onboarding and activation.
  • Design commercially sound deal structures and evaluate profitability to ensure genuine ROI.
  • Manage the day-to-day affiliate agency relationship to align strategy and ensure performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth partnerships or commercial development at a high-growth startup or challenger brand.
  • Strong instinct for deal-making and experience closing creative commercial agreements beyond standard affiliate models.
  • Solid commercial acumen with the ability to build business cases and assess deal profitability.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills and the ability to build trust quickly with partners.
  • Experience overseeing agency or network relationships.
  • Must be based in or able to work in London (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Experience working in regulated industries such as health, fintech, or insurance.
  • An existing network of brand and partnership contacts across relevant UK verticals.
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks like Partnerize, Impact, or Awin.
  • Experience aligning partnership activities with brand identity and tone of voice.
