What you will do

• Build and execute commerce partnerships via CPA and tenancy models to meet business goals.
• Develop and grow relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and direct merchants across multiple verticals.
• Negotiate competitive CPA rates and secure exclusive tenancy deals to maximize commercial performance.
• Identify and secure new partnership opportunities within fashion, beauty, interiors, and travel.
• Collaborate with Commerce Editors, Writers, and Market Leads to align activity with editorial priorities.
• Monitor campaign execution and deliver detailed performance reporting and actionable insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing or e-commerce.
• Strong network and professional experience within the Fashion category is required.
• Strong quantitative and strategic thinking skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication across all organizational levels.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Must be based in London to support a 4-day-a-week office presence.
