TL;DR

Sales Representative - Modernization (Elevators): Bidding and securing modernization contracts for elevator systems with an accent on customer relationship management and technical bid preparation. Focus on developing capital plans, negotiating scopes of work, and driving branch revenue goals.

Location: Must be based in Salt Lake City, UT, USA (Onsite)

What you will do

  • Bid and secure modernization contracts while developing strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Coordinate with architects, general contractors, and owners during the pre-bidding phase.
  • Conduct onsite surveys and analyze blueprints to create accurate quoting and bidding packages.
  • Develop and communicate sales strategies for H-Power modernization offerings.
  • Negotiate the Scope of Work (SOW) in collaboration with operations, sales support, and legal teams.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and update customer data using Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
  • Ability to work onsite in Salt Lake City, UT to conduct job walks and surveys.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
