What you will do

  • Lead planning across key brand campaigns, coordinating with clients and activation teams for smooth execution.
  • Conduct research to determine target audiences and support strategic planning recommendations.
  • Own and deliver weekly campaign insights and results for high-profile stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with multiple internal teams (SEO, Analytics) and external creative agencies.
  • Develop and quality assure cross-channel reporting templates and internal digital media management plans.
  • Train and manage junior team members to maintain high-quality output and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a pure planning role.
  • Proven experience at a Media Planner Manager level with a solid understanding of Brand Planning principles.
  • Mastery of planning and insight tools such as eTelmar, TGI, YouGov, and WARC.
  • Must be based in the UK and able to work from the London office approximately four days a week.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in managing client relationships.

Nice to have

  • Experience working across both offline and online media channels.
  • Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics for both Brand and Acquisition.
