What you will do

• Develop and manage end-to-end talent and creator campaigns, including curation, contract negotiation, and budget planning.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with agencies, talent, creators, and their management teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align talent strategies with specific client KPIs.
• Create distribution and marketing plans for talent and creator activations.
• Act as a senior advisor to junior staff, providing guidance across various clients and projects.
• Manage client expectations and deliver detailed measurement and ROI reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing talent and creator campaigns across the UK and Europe.
• Strong existing network of relationships with talent, creators, agents, and publicists.
• Expertise in client servicing, account handling, and project management.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting campaign data for optimization.
• Must be based in London and available for travel within the UK.
