What you will do

• Contribute to strategy brainstorms and write up responses
• Support directors and managers on project work including briefing mock-ups, research, and presentations
• Organise meetings, take notes, and manage departmental administration like ideas bank and resources
• Collaborate with other departments to gather collateral and enable efficient team work
• Design creative partnerships and campaign ideas aligned to client objectives
• Take ownership of projects under senior guidance and brief design team for materials

Requirements

• Based in London, GB
• Genuine passion for media, creativity, and storytelling
• Curiosity about audiences, culture, and content engagement
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Confidence working collaboratively with stakeholders
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and enthusiastic attitude

• Experience or exposure to media, advertising, marketing, or creative industries
