TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (DACH): Drive new business acquisition and expansion revenue for experience intelligence platform with an accent on full sales cycle ownership and strategic enterprise account planning. Focus on prospecting into large enterprises, building multi-threaded C-suite relationships, and closing complex multi-stakeholder deals in DACH market.

Location: Remote within DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

What you will do

  • Drive net-new business and expansion revenue in DACH enterprise segment, owning territory and pipeline
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close for experience intelligence platform
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue across portfolio
  • Build multi-threaded relationships with Marketing, Analytics, Product, Ecommerce, Tech teams and C-suite
  • Lead discovery on business impact/ROI and handle complex negotiations
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing to accelerate deals
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and quarter execution

Requirements

  • Full English & German language skills
  • 2+ years as sales hunter (new logo acquisition) with proven strategic SaaS experience
  • Track record of hitting/exceeding quota in B2B SaaS selling to large complex organizations
  • Ability to articulate business value of enterprise technology to senior executives
  • Structured, disciplined approach with high accountability for forecasting and pipeline
  • DACH region focus

Nice to have

  • Sales methodology experience (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale)
