Enterprise Sales / Account Executive (ClimateTech): Drive growth in the DACH region by managing the full sales cycle for an AI-powered carbon management platform with an accent on enterprise SaaS sales to manufacturing and logistics sectors. Focus on lead generation, building client relationships, delivering presentations, negotiating deals, and closing with large organizations tackling complex emissions challenges.

Munich, Berlin, Remote Bavaria, Remote Berlin. Flexible hybrid or fully remote working culture; open to regular travel to offices in Berlin and Munich and customer sites. Sales focus: DACH region.

Fast-growing ClimateTech company backed by €20M Series A, providing an AI platform to help enterprises measure, manage, and reduce carbon footprints in high-stakes industries like automotive and manufacturing.

What you will do

  • Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Research new leads, leverage your network, and monitor carbon management industry developments to expand the market.
  • Build trust and lasting relationships with leads and customers through value-driven sales approaches.
  • Lead presentations and demos, navigating complex Enterprise SaaS sales processes.
  • Develop strategies to acquire clients via LinkedIn, calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams; maintain CRM transparency and pipeline updates.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales in B2B tech, managing full sales cycle.
  • Excellent English and German communication/presentation skills; fluent German is mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and end-to-end sales process experience.
  • Proven success generating revenue and pipeline with stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to regular travel to Munich/Berlin offices and customer sites.

Nice to have

  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, machinery, chemicals, or logistics (Land and Expand strategy).
  • Understanding of carbon emissions business or climate tech experience.
  • Ability to analyze market/competitor data for partnership strategy.
