What you will do
- Provide technical support for hardware and software via phone, email, and online sessions.
- Collect and document customer information and support cases in the company CRM.
- Escalate customer feedback to relevant internal departments.
- Participate in occasional on-site events and business trips to Western Europe.
Requirements
- German: Upper-intermediate level (B2) required.
- English: Upper-intermediate level (B2) required.
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a professional, multicultural environment.
