Support Consultant - German, Tier 1

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine; hybrid work with office attendance and occasional on-site events

What you will do

• Provide technical support for hirify.global 3D scanners and software through online sessions, telephone, and email.
• Participate in occasional on-site events and business trips to Western Europe.
• Collect relevant customer information and document support cases in the company CRM.
• Work with other departments and escalate customer feedback when needed.
• Build effective relationships with reselling partners and end users.

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate German and English communication skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving, logical thinking, multitasking, and stress-resilience skills.
• Professional, empathetic, and result-oriented approach.
