Associate Technical Account Manager (Dental Technology)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; based at the Copenhagen headquarters with 30–50% travel for onsite meetings, customer engagements, and industry events.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise dental laboratories and their IT providers.
• Review hardware, server/client environments, scanner compatibility, and coordinate upgrades across lab organizations.
• Design and support scalable technical setups, LMS/ERP integrations, cross-lab workflows, and new laboratory onboarding.
• Resolve complex product, network, installation, and workflow issues while supporting field engineers and technicians.
• Identify recurring technical issues, coordinate escalations, maintain documentation, and build diagnostic tools and tests.
• Support renewals, scanner and seat expansions, new workflow adoption, QBRs, and feedback to Product and R&D.

Requirements

• Professional background in dentistry or dental technology, preferably with hands-on dental laboratory or dental technician experience.
• Relevant education in dentistry, engineering, IT, computer science, or a related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of hirify.global Lab products, services, and integrated digital dental workflows.
• Experience in enterprise technical account management, customer success, technical project management, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong knowledge of IT architecture, including server/client networking, databases, cloud migrations, CRM systems, and project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts and projects, explain complex technical topics clearly, and solve problems proactively.

• Familiarity with ERP/LIS systems or complex IT integrations.
