Associate Consultant - Brand Strategy

Location: Hybrid role based in South San Francisco, Thousand Oaks, or San Diego, California, United States, with work from home and on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices. Travel is required for client-facing work.

Salary: $120,000–$137,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop structured solutions and frameworks for client business problems.
• Conduct market and desk research to generate insights for client decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary software.
• Synthesize findings and present recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Build client relationships and support project planning, status updates, risk mitigation, and delivery against deadlines.
• Mentor Associates and contribute to the advancement of problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements

• PhD or master's degree with a bachelor's degree in a quantitatively oriented field such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, or social sciences; alternatively, 2–5 years of relevant post-study experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, planning, and organization skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with project teams and clients.
• Fluency in English.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
