Location: New York, United States; hybrid work with attendance in the office or on a client site at least 2 days per week, and up to 5 days per week on a client site depending on the assignment

Salary: $94,500–$104,475 per year

What you will do

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support client recommendations.
• Analyze customer, market, financial, and business data to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop evidence-based hypotheses, strategic recommendations, and business cases.
• Participate in interviews, workshops, and collaborative problem-solving sessions.
• Create clear presentations and deliverables for internal and client audiences.
• Contribute to project teams and firm initiatives, including employee resource groups.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, quantitative, and qualitative research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and seniority levels.
• Initiative, adaptability, curiosity, and comfort working in dynamic environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree expected by Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring 2027, or comparable recent experience through a non-traditional pathway.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
• Commitment to inclusive teamwork and respect for diverse perspectives.

• Experience with research, analytics, AI tools, coding, leadership activities, apprenticeships, work experience, or community involvement.
