What you will do

• Lead complex strategy projects that influence executive decisions across distribution, wealth management, products, marketing, institutional solutions, and third-party distribution.
• Structure ambiguous business challenges into hypotheses, analytical workplans, and actionable recommendations.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into concise executive communications and data-driven materials.
• Develop perspectives on industry trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, emerging technologies, and customer expectations.
• Manage strategic partner relationships, identify partnership opportunities, and contribute to Board strategy deliverables.
• Coach and mentor analysts while helping develop the Business Strategy function.

Requirements

• 3+ years of strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business strategy, or equivalent experience, including leading strategy projects end to end.
• 5+ years of total professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a leading college or university.
• Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, prioritize analysis, and generate meaningful insights from quantitative and qualitative information.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members.

• Strategy consulting experience at a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Graduate degree from a leading university or business school.
• Experience in insurance, wealth management, asset management, retirement, or broader financial services.
• Experience with distribution, advisor business models, product, marketing, or customer growth strategy.
