Manager, Corporate Strategy (Automotive)

Location: hirify.global Midtown Office, Richmond, Virginia; onsite four days per week

Annual salary: $102,100–$163,400, with possible bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Identify opportunities across Product and Operational departments and lead sessions to develop new initiatives.
• Build and maintain a roadmap of initiatives and tests aligned with the long-range Strategic Plan.
• Partner with functional experts to develop solutions for strategic initiatives.
• Define test plans, dependencies, sequencing, and key performance metrics.
• Analyze test performance, enhance initiatives, and determine readiness for market expansion.
• Maintain executive communications on initiative results and overall business performance.

Requirements

• Four-year undergraduate degree in business or a quantitative discipline with an excellent academic record.
• Four or more years of experience in an analytical role.
• Experience formulating, articulating, and implementing strategy.
• Strategic thinking, analytical decision-making, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to translate high-level business objectives into action plans and analytical tasks, work independently, and manage ambiguity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
