What you will do
- Accelerate growth in assigned territories by sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals via cold calling and direct sales.
- Manage existing hotel client portfolios and develop strong relationships with premium hotels and chains.
- Consultatively sell online distribution solutions, including net rates, CPC, CPA, and fixed fee models.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals through aggressive account development and new business acquisition.
- Collaborate with European and US colleagues to maximize opportunities and secure best-in-class content.
- Track all sales activity and funnel progression using Salesforce.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish is a must.
- 2-3 years of relevant professional sales experience.
- Proven track record of negotiating strong net rates specifically within the hotel sector.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar Sales CRM systems.
- Degree education or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work independently and execute effective online sales strategies for hotels.
Nice to have
- Fluency in French.
- Knowledge of the online travel or media publishing industry.
