Location: Remote within Spain. International candidates must be willing to relocate to Spain.
Salary: €33,000 per year

What you will do
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat regarding BarTender software and printer drivers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues related to Enterprise software and third-party applications.
- Research software capabilities to assist resellers and end users.
- Contribute to the internal Knowledge Base and support articles.
- Collaborate with Engineering, IT, QA, and Sales teams to suggest product improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in technical support.
- Working knowledge of Windows OS, applications, and printers.
- Fluent communication in French and English.
- Must provide documentation of authorization to work in Spain upon hire.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.

- Computer Science Degree or Technology Certification.
