What you will do
- Provide top-tier support via phone, email, or chat.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to the platform.
- Report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and follow up.
- Identify and document software bugs for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in technical customer support or similar role.
- Patience, attention to detail, and logical problem-solving.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose technical issues.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Experience with CRM and support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk.

- Experience in travel or hospitality industry.
