What you will do
- Drive new business revenue within the territory to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage the deal cycle and pipeline creation using MEDDIC-style sales methodologies.
- Execute a land-and-expand motion for strategic accounts to increase account value.
- Identify, map, and multi-thread key stakeholders within the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partners, and Operations to ensure alignment.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, and high customer service standards.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, Media, Entertainment, or MICE.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar sales methodologies.
- Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese is required.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from the Madrid office.
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.
