Location: Barcelona, Spain (hybrid: 2 days home office per week + limited full remote flexibility in summer/December)

What you will do

  • Proactively contact restaurant owners/managers via cold calls and follow-ups to present hirify.global products and services.
  • Propose and sell promotions, advanced software tools, booking widgets, training, and marketing solutions.
  • Engage prospects to highlight opportunities, features, and benefits of hirify.global Manager tool and network.
  • Follow up until closing deals and successful online publication on hirify.global and affiliates.

Requirements

  • Native in French and fluent in English; additional languages valuable.
  • At least 1 year in telesales/prospecting by phone, managing full sales cycle.
  • Experience with CRM for pipeline management.
  • Self-starter, foodie passionate about targets, customer-oriented with strong commercial and influencing skills.
  • B2B business development experience, preferably in restaurants/hospitality; comfortable with short-term negotiations.
  • Dynamic, independent worker in fast-paced environments with great organizational skills.
