What you will do

• Own performance and market growth of customs solution as a product.
• Guide clients from prospecting to successful implementation.
• Join sales meetings as subject matter expert to showcase solution value.
• Collaborate with Sales and Key Account Managers on custom solutions.
• Contribute ideas to improve customs SaaS application with Product team.
• Design and implement AI automation for client onboarding and operations using Claude tools.

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Engineering, or similar analytical field.
• Experience in business development, project management, or account management; logistics/customs background a plus.
• Analytically strong, self-starter who identifies and drives initiatives independently.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude or similar LLMs.
• Fluency in German (C1+) and English required for client and team communication.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder skills.
