TL;DR

Senior People Partner (Customer Care and Support Functions): Partner with senior leaders to define and embed people strategies supporting high performance culture and business growth with an accent on team design, leadership development, and change management. Focus on workforce planning, employee engagement, data-driven insights, and navigating ambiguity in hyper-growth environments.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of our hubs in Barcelona, Spain; London, UK; or Boston, US. Hybrid: in-person 3 days a week. Relocation support available from anywhere in the world for certain roles. Comfortable operating across regions and time zones, ideally UKI, Spain, and the US. English is the official language.

What you will do

  • Partner with Customer Care and Support Functions senior leaders to deliver people strategy, provide business acumen, coaching, and clarity on decisions, team structures, and leadership plans.
  • Lead and develop a team of People Partners across global functions and geographies, setting priorities and removing barriers.
  • Co-create high performance standards, implement better ways of working, and enable leaders to drive success with confidence.
  • Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development to support agile growth.
  • Champion employee engagement by shaping experiences, acting on feedback, and building values-led culture.
  • Lead through change with empathy and structure, using data insights to diagnose challenges, test hypotheses, and measure impact.

Requirements

  • Tenured experience in People Partner role in fast-growing companies.
  • Tenured experience working with customer service or call centre department.
  • Track record of partnering and influencing senior leaders.
  • Strong understanding of team design, high performance culture, leadership development, and change management.
  • Coaching mindset, excellent communication, commercial approach balancing impact, data, and colleague experience.
  • Experience developing leaders via skills gap analysis, training programs; operating across regions/time zones (ideally UKI, Spain, US).
