Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 USD

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value players to maximize retention and LTV.
• Serve as primary point of contact for VIP accounts, handling communications and issue resolution.
• Execute targeted retention and reactivation campaigns to reduce churn.
• Analyze player activity and metrics like handle, GGR, and frequency to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Payments teams for tailored bonuses and experiences.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible Gaming and NJDGE regulations; handle escalations.

Requirements

• 2+ years in VIP Management or Senior Account Management in iGaming/sports betting
• Strong understanding of New Jersey iGaming market and NJDGE regulations
• Proven ability to analyze player data and drive retention/revenue strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for high-profile clients
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Optimove) and Excel proficiency
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Lee, NJ
