What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor for positioning Professional Services, driving pipeline, bookings, and service offerings.
• Lead customer discovery workshops and pilots to articulate business value and define delivery scope.
• Develop repeatable AI-native customer solutions and contribute to delivery methodologies.
• Provide subject matter expertise and direct oversight to project teams to ensure successful engagement delivery.
• Manage multiple strategic clients simultaneously while proactively mitigating risks to customer success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting or service delivery experience at a SaaS company working with Fortune 500 clients.
• 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales environment, shaping and scoping complex services engagements.
• Experience leveraging AI, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows to enable customer solutions.
• Strong background in change management and leading organizational transformations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to travel to customer sites up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MCP and low/no code tooling.
• Knowledge of collaboration tooling and product/service development workflows.
