What you will do

• Research, procure, and integrate software tools to optimize business workflows.
• Design and document scalable operational processes to reduce bottlenecks.
• Manage the company Travel & Expense (T&E) policy and ensure compliance.
• Develop compliance frameworks, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee operational budgets.
• Develop dashboards to track key operational metrics and provide insights to leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an operational role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of implementing scalable processes and systems.
• Strong understanding of software procurement and tool integration.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

Nice to have

• Legal background or experience with contracts and regulatory matters.
