What you will do
- Manage the full renovation, preparation, and furnishing of the new office space.
- Procure equipment, supplies, and onboard local utility and internet providers.
- Handle HR administrative tasks including personnel files and onboarding logistics.
- Own end-to-end recruiting tasks from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and office maintenance budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational and office-related matters.
Requirements
- Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa
- Proven experience in office administration or facilities management.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement processes.
- Ability to manage budgets, track spending, and report to HQ.
- Familiarity with HR administrative processes and personnel records.
- Previous experience supporting recruitment processes and candidate coordination.
Nice to have
- Experience in a fast-growing, scaling office environment.
- Familiarity with local compliance and administrative regulations in South Africa.
