What you will do

• Lead customer engagement and communication programs across organic/paid channels, content, email, and events.
• Collaborate with Product, Field, and Partner Marketing teams to scale initiatives across customer programs.
• Measure and monitor program performance to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness.
• Propose and implement new approaches for compelling customer engagement to ensure sustainability.
• Build strong customer rapport to increase renewals, referrals, and expansion opportunities.
• Present program performance and key learnings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 5+ years of B2B or tech marketing experience, particularly in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Technical proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense.
• BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to create effective marketing copy.
• Proven ability to manage complex workstreams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
