What you will do

• Own the quality and impact of recommendations to drive key business metrics and maximize customer value.
• Lead, coach, and grow the engineering team through hiring and creating a high-performance environment.
• Translate product goals into clear, executable engineering plans and set the technical direction.
• Ensure the system remains reliable and scalable while meeting strict SLAs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, including at least 2 years leading engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with cloud infrastructure and at least one DL framework.
• Solid fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, system design, and APIs.
• English: C1/C2 (Advanced/Fluent) required.
• Availability for meetings between 11:00–17:00 UTC.
