Salary: $156,000–$242,000

What you will do

• Lead and support a team of backend and frontend engineers.
• Partner with Product and Design to evolve audience capabilities into scalable user experiences.
• Take ownership of reliability decisions and guardrails for platform health.
• Drive execution across multiple initiatives, balancing short-term delivery with long-term technical direction.
• Foster strong engineering practices around code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Coach and mentor engineers to support career growth and healthy team dynamics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing and growing software engineering teams.
• Strong background in application or platform engineering in a SaaS environment.
• Experience owning mission-critical services with strict availability expectations.
• Strong technical judgment in system design, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience building audience management, segmentation, or personalization systems.
• Deep experience with large-scale search engines, caching layers, or streaming platforms.
• Experience operating data-sensitive services at scale.
• Background in marketing technology.
