What you will do

• Act as a technical expert and advisor during post-sales, embedding with customer teams to optimize mortgage origination workflows.
• Design and implement technical solutions involving APIs, microservices, and data pipelines to solve business challenges.
• Develop integrations for mortgage clients using hirify.global, Encompass, and other POS/LOS platforms.
• Execute proof-of-concept and proof-of-value engagements to demonstrate immediate ROI.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Product teams to influence the product roadmap based on direct client feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• 3+ years of experience specifically with mortgage or lending workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and API development.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript (including ICE Secure Scripting Framework).
• Hands-on experience with Encompass or other mortgage LOS/POS platforms like Blend, SimpleNexus, or Floify.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS integrations.
• Additional experience with various loan origination systems.
• Exposure to AI/ML or generative AI.
