What you will do

• Break down large projects into individual tasks and deliver features iteratively in multiple phases.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to articulate technical constraints and manage risks and trade-offs.
• Ensure system availability by creating and monitoring metrics and participating in on-call efforts.
• Support team growth by participating in the interview process and engaging in development activities.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• Experience shipping web applications using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
• Experience designing and launching APIs at scale using Python or Kotlin.
• Ability to navigate large codebases, debug complex issues, and provide effective code reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be located in Canada
