What you will do

  • Break down complex projects into actionable phases and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Partner with product management, design, and analytics to define technical constraints and trade-offs.
  • Maintain high availability of team artifacts through monitoring, metrics, and on-call support.
  • Contribute to team growth by participating in the interview process and mentoring peers.
  • Develop and launch scalable APIs to support checkout experiences.
  • Write clean, well-tested, and extensible code that interacts with multiple software components.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 1.5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
  • Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience designing and launching APIs at scale using Python or Kotlin.
  • Ability to navigate large codebases and provide constructive code reviews.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
