What you will do

• Conduct cold calling and strategic outreach to prospects
• Book meetings and qualify opportunities to exceed KPIs
• Pitch software solutions and leave strong first impressions
• Navigate company changes and maintain high persuasion skills

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in cold calling and strategic outreach preferred
• German (C2) and English fluent required
• Self-initiative to exceed KPIs in outreach, meetings, and opportunities
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and enthusiasm for technical topics
• Comfortable with persuasion, winning over counterparts, and company changes

Nice to have

• Additional languages like Italian or Spanish
• High self-confidence, drive, resilience, and tolerance for rejection
• Ability to grasp IT concepts, technical contexts, tax/e-invoicing/EDI technologies
