What you will do

• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and communities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define sourcing strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify top talent and new channels.
• Manage personalized outreach and initial communications.
• Maintain ATS data and support talent mapping.
• Represent company culture in candidate interactions.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment globally, ideally in digital marketing or tech
• Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Experience sourcing for technical and non-technical roles
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced, international environments
• Basic understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement
