What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for the Warsaw Centre of Excellence across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Technical Support.
• Design and execute strategic recruiting initiatives to support the growth of the new site.
• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and employment branding.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to optimize hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
• Implement and develop AI-enabled workflows to ensure 'always on' recruiting.
• Establish scalable recruiting practices and use market insights to inform hiring plans.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process across diverse roles.
• Experience working within SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity companies.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and creative search strategies.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.
• Familiarity with using AI tools to improve recruiting workflows and productivity.
