What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse IT roles, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify real hiring needs beyond job descriptions.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct in-depth candidate screening to assess technical background, motivation, and potential risks.
• Coordinate the full recruitment process and maintain strong candidate engagement to ensure high conversion.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT recruitment within an agency or in-house environment.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
• Fluent Czech and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to assess candidate alignment and motivation beyond technical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
