What you will do

• Lead and coordinate high-priority, company-wide initiatives from conception through execution.
• Prepare and orchestrate bi-weekly ExCo run and change meetings.
• Drive strategic priorities, including hirify.global’s evolution into a premier Asset Manager.
• Advise the co-CEOs and ExCo using first-principles thinking, analytical rigor, and actionable insights.
• Manage the executive operating rhythm, including leadership offsites, board preparation, and critical business reviews.
• Support board, investor, and partner engagements while connecting departments and geographies to enable execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of significant experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or senior strategic leadership role.
• Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in dynamic, complex environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with first-principles thinking and a highly analytical, data-driven approach.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with the gravitas to influence at all levels.

Nice to have

• Background in financial services, asset management, or FinTech.
