What you will do

  • Serve as primary owner of HubSpot, acting as subject matter expert and first point of contact for CRM questions and best practices.
  • Ensure consistent HubSpot usage, enforce data entry standards, and maintain CRM cleanliness for trustworthy reporting and forecasting.
  • Support sales team adoption via onboarding, training, and reinforcement of CRM expectations.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align HubSpot with real-world workflows, identify reporting needs, and develop actionable dashboards.
  • Liaise between stakeholders and technical resources for CRM changes, optimizations, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Leadership, and developers to scale CRM capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years with CRM platforms, at least 3 years as primary owner/administrator (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience supporting sales teams with CRM adoption, data governance, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM-driven reporting
  • Experience partnering with technical resources to translate business requirements into CRM solutions
  • Background in Sales or Revenue Operations is a strong plus
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and detail-oriented mindset
