What you will do

• Support account strategies, translate customer priorities into value propositions, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Build relationships across technical, operational, and leadership levels, preparing executive alignments.
• Manage renewals, expansions, commercial negotiations, and pipeline forecasting.
• Coordinate with Solution Engineering, Services, Advisory, and Marketing to align on customer needs.
• Gather market insights and share them to shape messaging, solutions, and roadmap priorities.
• Oversee contract governance, risk, compliance, and delivery of agreements.

Requirements

• 4-7 years in strategic account management or enterprise sales in Energy or industrial technology sectors.
• Experience with large global accounts; supermajor experience highly desirable.
• Strong relationship building at various customer levels, commercial acumen, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Understanding of digital engineering, asset management, or infrastructure software preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
