What you will do

  • Own and grow relationships with some of the world's largest and most complex organizations.
  • Drive new business development, up-selling, and cross-selling through solution selling and strategic account planning.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of client business strategies, goals, and pain points to drive customer-centric opportunities.
  • Position hirify.global as a business partner to address goals within Digital, Business, and Technology transformation areas.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with C-level and top-management stakeholders.
  • Create proposals, negotiate deals, and maintain an accurate pipeline and reporting dashboard.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent business experience.
  • 7+ years of successful enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven track record of successful customer engagements across enterprise-class verticals.
  • Demonstrated success selling to Fortune 500 companies.
  • Strong foundation in strategic and tactical solution selling.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
