What you will do

  • Own outbound prospecting and pipeline creation within named enterprise accounts, partnering with SDR and Marketing.
  • Execute full commercial sales lifecycle from engagement to close on $200K+ deals with extended cycles.
  • Articulate platform value by aligning to customer strategic objectives, economic outcomes, and executive priorities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract execution, and maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
  • Retain post-signature account ownership, partnering with Customer Success for expansions and renewals.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of enterprise executive buying behavior in regulated financial institutions.
  • Understanding of vertical-specific business, regulatory drivers, and operating models.
  • Expertise in hirify.global Controls Platform value for risk reduction, efficiency, and controls.
  • Experience in complex enterprise sales economics, stakeholder alignment, and multi-stage approvals.
  • Account lifecycle management for value realization, renewals, and expansions.
