What you will do

• Implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions in Employee Central and/or Time Management.
• Guide clients on best practices, roadmap, and HR technologies.
• Facilitate process walkthroughs and alignment with solution functionality.
• Design and configure systems based on HR best practices.
• Conduct workshops and training for key users.
• Transfer knowledge to client teams and collaborate internationally.

Requirements

• Fluency in business English for international clients.
• 3-4+ years in SuccessFactors implementations, preferably in consultancy.
• Led at least one end-to-end implementation in Employee Central and/or Time Management.
• SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Good understanding of HR processes; proactive and self-managing.
