What you will do

• Provide technical consultancy for SAP HCM (ECC) and SuccessFactors projects.
• Implement and customize E-Recruiting, Learning Solution, and Talent Management modules.
• Develop enhancements and extensions using ABAP and ABAP OO.
• Build interfaces and workflows using WebDynpro, SAP Workflow, and SAP Fiori.
• Manage the integration of HR master and organizational data between SAP and external systems.
• Optimize learning solutions utilizing SCORM standards.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM (ECC), specifically in Learning Solution, E-Recruiting, and Talent Management.
• Solid expertise in ABAP / ABAP OO development, customizing, and system extensions.
• Experience with WebDynpro for ABAP (Recruiter, MSS, ESS), SAP Workflow, and SmartForms / Adobe Forms.
• Proficiency with SAP Fiori and SCORM.
• German language proficiency (B2+) is mandatory.
• Recent hands-on development experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with H4S4 or SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, etc.).
• Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite and Work Zone.
