What you will do

• Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central including data models, business rules, workflows, and position management.
• Design and configure Time Off policies, leave types, time profiles, accrual rules, and statutory entitlements.
• Troubleshoot complex EC and Time Off issues including rule execution, workflow errors, and data inconsistencies.
• Lead requirements workshops to translate business needs into SAP best-practice solutions.
• Manage data migration, testing cycles, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Ensure EC and Time Off integrate seamlessly with ECP/Payroll or third-party systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on configuration experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• 3+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Time Off configuration.
• In-depth understanding of EC data models, workflows, MDF objects, and business rules.
• Independent working rights in the Philippines (no sponsorship available).
• Availability to work AU/NZ business hours.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with EC Time Sheet, ECP, or other SuccessFactors modules.
• Exposure to AU/NZ statutory leave frameworks.
• SAP EC Certification.
