What you will do
- Provide strategic HCM and payroll advisory, interpreting client requirements and shaping scalable SAP solutions.
- Lead end-to-end SAP Payroll or ECP programs, ensuring architectural integrity and Australian regulatory compliance.
- Redesign and optimise payroll and HR processes for efficiency and transformation.
- Own solution design, gap analysis, effort estimation, and implementation roadmaps.
- Oversee build, testing, configuration, cutover readiness, and defect resolution.
- Direct data migration planning and deliver training and knowledge transfer to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Deep expert knowledge of Australian Payroll legislation (STP Phase 2, Superannuation, Fair Work) and SAP configuration.
- Track record leading 2-3 end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations (ECP or On-Premise) in Australian market.
- Strong knowledge in SAP HCM Payroll; ECP and SuccessFactors integration highly regarded.
- Ability to troubleshoot and design complex payroll schemas and PCRs.
- Strong consulting skills, communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership across teams.
