What you will do

• Serve as the technical owner for SAP SuccessFactors ECP, managing configuration, enhancements, and release management.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable payroll and integration solutions aligned with global HR operations.
• Lead end-to-end payroll implementations and integrations between SuccessFactors ECP and external vendors.
• Design and deploy technical payroll components, including gross-to-net processing, wage types, schemas, PCRs, and deductions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across US, Mexico, Singapore, and Japan to resolve high-complexity payroll issues.
• Manage year-end payroll activities, including W2 processing, statutory reporting, and audits.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of hands-on SAP Payroll experience.
• Proven track record with at least two full SuccessFactors ECP implementations.
• Deep expertise in US Payroll, BSI Tax Factory, and payroll integrations.
• Advanced knowledge of payroll configuration: wage types, schemas, PCRs, and payroll logs.
• Active SAP SuccessFactors ECP Certification is required.
• Experience with SAP BTP and integration technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience managing payroll integrations during Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Exposure to Workforce Software Time & Attendance solutions.
• Master’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering.
