What you will do

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for AU/NZ environments.
• Maintain payroll schemas, rules (PCRs), wage types, taxation, superannuation/KiwiSaver, and statutory reporting.
• Investigate and resolve payroll issues, replication errors, data inconsistencies, and calculation variances.
• Support bank files, GL posting, CPI integrations, and third-party interfaces.
• Lead testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT), parallel runs, cutovers, client workshops, and requirements gathering.
• Prepare documentation, functional specs, training materials, and provide guidance on AU/NZ legislation and optimizations.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Clear understanding of AU/NZ payroll legislation, taxation, superannuation/KiwiSaver, and compliance.
• Experience with payroll schemas, rules, PCRs, wage types, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC) configuration and validations.
• Experience with CPI or payroll-related integrations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; 5+ years SAP Payroll experience preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with EC, Time Off, Time Sheet, or broader SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience with SAP On-Premise Payroll or migration to ECP.
• Relevant SAP certifications.
